RISK MANAGEMENT SME

As President and C.E.O., Catherine Arthur-Hirschenfang balances drive and duty.  She has twenty two years experience in training and project management, re-affirming her commitment to Teaming – partnerships, networks, and training programs.  Her successful experience in the public health and tourism arenas are directed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of both private and public sector clients.  She has provided marketing guidance and training leadership for the hospitality industry, focusing primarily on professional development, continuing education and career advancement.

Presently President and C.E.O. of the Cruise Industry Institute, she administers the USPH-Vessel Sanitation Training Program for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.   She is a Managing Partner of Global Public Health Services, LLC.

As a graduate of Howard University, Ms. Arthur-Hirschenfang received top honors and several distinctions.  She repeated her success trek with her MBA at Nova Southeastern University.  She has proven training, marketing, and guest service skills as demonstrated by successful management of non-profit business dealings with Florida’s tourism as well as State legislature board membership.  Being proactive, she recognizes her competition as ‘Status Quo’.  She is a proud mother of two awesome young adults and wife of a supportive husband.  Those remain status quo.

With a strong Aerospace background in Risk Management, Ben Hirschenfang has devoted his career to establishing and evaluating standards of efficiencies across varied industries. Throughout his 35 years of experience as engineer, manager, and program director, he has provided strategies to better define product/service, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance profitability within industry.

For the past twenty years, he has led missile programs, production operations and subject expert teams at Lockheed Martin.  His passion and strategies for process control, quality measurement, corrective action implementation, and planning prowess increased their sales, profits, and strengthened their government contracts.

Ben’s risk management approach helps organizations create, measure, and utilize more efficient and profitable approaches.  His comprehensive approach, which combines the mechanics and execution of risk mitigation, leadership skills, and his pro-active quality engineering initiatives, have resulted in high customer satisfaction along with profitable business results.  He has provided expert guidance to the U.S. Government, and, since retiring from Lockheed Martin, to various businesses from the single operator to state-wide, multi-unit businesses that span every conceivable style of operation.  At the end of the day, measurable results of sustainable quality performance that translate into customer satisfaction and profitable businesses are what matter most to him.
